A manager with long term experience in sales and marketing in the energy and ICT industries. At the beginning of career he was IBM associate. Thereafter he joined ERICSSON. Since 2010, he was managing director of GEN-I Croatia, an electricity and gas supplier.

Predrag participated in development of the supply market as well as in deployment of Croatian Renewable Energy Sources Act.

In the last 30 years he gained broad international experience in ICT sector as well as PV solar power plants and the use of renewable energy in HVAC applications. During his professional career Tomislav was responsible for development of various projects, human resources and general management, focusing on logistics and operational issues.

Tomislav started his professional career in sales in the telecom industry. Since 2013, he was in charge for sales and marketing in GEN-I Croatia, the electricity and gas supply, with responsibilities for all market segments. He continued his career as Sales Director in the ICT sector with special focus on Growth and Business development 

He began his career in reinsurance and then went to the brokerage business. One of the creators of the Croatian securities market with a focus on new bond issues. Since 2000 he has been a Specialist for finance and transparency development of local governments, adviser for municipal development, regional and cities branding process and adviser in election campaigns for Local SelfGovernment. Specialised in risk management and strategic planning including financial control.

Experienced Entrepreneur, CEO and Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry and investment banking. Has been operating on capital market for the last 30 years and is also currently active on cryptocurrency market. Skilled in Business Planning, R&A and Trading in Securities and Cryptocurrencies, Portfolio and Asset Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, IPO & STO.

After 9 years in the hospitality industry and after completing his master's degree in economics, he began his professional career in the energy sector, in the international company „ista Gmbh“, first on the position of Business Development Consultant and then as a Junior Sales Manager. Since the beginning of 2016, he started to work in the telecommunication industry - A1 Croatia as an expert in the field of Fiber and ICT solutions, and afterwards as an SME Account Manager where he is working today. Early in 2017, he started to research the blockchain technology and cryptocurrency market, and he started to work on several start-up projects as a Blockchain advisor.

Tomislav has electrical engineering degree and MBA. He is a former CEO and President of the Board of Directors of HEP, vertically integrated power utility, the Croatia’s largest public company. He acts as a Project Financial Advisor for big investment projects for international companies, developing, structuring and preparing for financing a number of different projects across the South East Europe region. His professional memberships included Croatia’s representative for EURELECTRIC, president of Croatian branch of CIGRE and board member of CIRED. He is also a member of the Association for Renewable Energy Sources at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce.
